Returns policy

You have the right to cancel an order 14 days from receipt of the goods. After this cancellation period you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and also in the original packaging.

Please keep in mind, some items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include, CDs, DVDs or software if you’ve broken the seal on the wrapping, perishable items and tailor-made or personalised items. They also include goods with a seal for health protection and hygiene reasons that have been broken.

Some of our returns are handled directly by our suppliers.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

  • Some health, personal care items or items that are perishable or personalised cannot be returned.
    Items that we cannot refund are:
    Items from the Nutrivitality or Symprove range
    Medical products and services
    However, if you are not happy, please feel free to contact us at customercare@iovus.uk.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at customercare@iovus.uk

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment, within 14 days. 

If an item is unwanted and you return it within 14 days you will be entitled to a refund. After 14 days we will offer a credit note. unless the item is faulty in which case you will get a refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

PRESENTATION OF PRODUCTS
The items available are described and presented with as much precision as possible. You must read the description of each product in order to know the specific details and properties. The choice and purchase of a product is the sole responsibility of the customer. However, should an error or omission occur within the information, Iovus Ltd. cannot be held responsible. Customers are invited to inform Iovus Ltd. of any error that can be found in a product description.

SALES ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at customercare@iovus.uk.

SHIPPING
For instructions relating to you specific product you should send us an email at customercare@iovus.uk.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an expensive item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive returned item(s) and what condition they will arrive in.
